Comic writers and artists exhibiting their comics and artwork.

Vendors with new and preowned graphic novels and comics, comic artwork, and related products such as merchandise and toys.

Costumed characters courtesy of the charity C.H.A.S. - grab a photo with your favourite character and support this wonderful charity.

A display of replica TV and Movie props - weapons, costumes and robots.

An exhibition of comic artwork from The Dunfermline Story, a book released this year featuring stories from Dunfermline's 1000 years of history.

Special Guests - Scottish comic creators signing comics and artwork.

The Venue

The Kingsgate Shopping Centre is Dunfermline's main indoor shopping mall containing shops such as Marks & Spencer, CEX, Game, Boots, HMV, Waterstones and The Entertainer.

The venue has several cafes and food /drink providers, such as Greggs, BB's, Starbucks, etc.

Toilets are located close to the Mini-con location.

Mobile reception is variable in the location of the Mini-Con, but Wi-Fi details will be provided for vendors who wish to use card-machines for payment. There are ATM cash machines located on the upper floor of the mall and at nearby banks in the High Street.

The venue regularly hosts Small Business Markets, which are popular with shoppers.

The Kingsgate is located near to Dunfermline's main bus station, and off the High Street.

Cosplay

Cosplaying as your favourite characters from books, comics, film and TV is welcomed.

A competition will be held on the day (please register at the cosplay desk by 3pm to enter). A cash prize of £50 is offered to the contestant whose costume is the judges' favourite. No alternative prize is offered. Judges' decision is final.

The finalists and winner will be announced at 3.30pm on the day of the event.
