About The Dunfermline Story

The Dunfermline Story is being written by Dunfermline based comic writer Colin Maxwell. Over thirty artists are illustrating the stories, some of whom have worked for Commando, 2000AD, The Beano, Marvel and DC comics.

The book contains not only stories of the rich and famous, but also of weavers, soldiers, inventors, witches and ghosts!

The book is funded by the Scottish Book Trust, through its Scots Language Publication Grant, and the initial release of the comic will be in Scots, with an English translation available online.
